Starting the First Project

To avoid routine work during content ordering, you can use the Memsource project template. This function If you don't know how to do that, read the Memsource guide on creating a project template. This option can help you define the project settings only once and reuse them whenever you order a new translation with minimal efforts on your side.
How to Set up a Project Template?
- Create a first test project with minimal content and all the target languages you are going to use in future;
- In project view, click on project name link. System will redirect you to Memsource project view;
- Press 'Edit' button and provide all the necessary project information;
- Create new 'Translation memory' and 'Termbase' for the current translation channel and assign them to the project;
- Press 'Save as' and choose 'Save as a Template' item in the drop-down list;
- This will trigger project template edit view. Here you can indicate the template name and provide additional settings (e.g. assign linguists to the selected target languages,etc);
- Press 'Create' button to create a new template.

How to Use a Project Template?
When you create a new project, you can select a relevant template from the 'Service' drop-down list in the 'Project Settings'.
