 How fast can you react to CMS updates?

We support all recent versions. Typically, a new version of CMS is already supported by iLangL before the Сlient manages to update the website.

 How long do you offer backward compatibility to older CMS versions?

We do not replicate versions, which means that any version of CMS is currently available.

 Is there a possibility to limit ordering translations based on roles in CMS?

No. This can be done only in iLangL Cloud if White-label Client Portal is used. If not, this can be done for extra costs.

 Is it possible to translate also meta and custom fields (alt text etc.) in CMS?

Yes. All content can be localized.

 What technical work is required from the Client in the installation phase?

Some websites have layout issues for language versions. During integration iLangL team checks the layout on a testing environment for language versions and provides the Сlient the report with discovered layout issues. In some cases, it's required to fix these issues before the real translation starts. It might involve installing Content Provider to increase integration performance. Time for installation: 1 hour or less.

 What technical work is required from the Client in the future for new releases?

In some cases, it is required to install a new version of the Content Provider. Also, it’s highly recommended to keep iLangL Team updated with changes in content type structure, new site releases, as this can influence the work of the connector.
