Translation Contextualization

Overview

We are adding one more technology to our stack - it is very similar to translation proxy but is used for translation preview. No actual translation will be delivered to the website at this point. Via our proxy building, a linguist will be able to instantly generate a real-time page preview. This helps contextualize the website translation and reduce translation round trips. It also gives a possibility to identify the layout issues and recently changed content; link the context with page images and add many other useful features. In-context translation preview is great for linguists and marketing proofreaders.

The preview page contains highlighted translation and if you hover the cursor over a certain string, you'll see a tooltip with source content. 

Requirements

Previewed content must be published as a page and be available by GET request method.

Right URL must be specified for channel settings - Local Connection.

Right URL generation rules must be specified for content types - URL Template.
