How to Send a License Request?

In order to send a license request, you must be logged in to iLangL Cloud.

Once you log in for the first time, you will automatically receive a 1-month-trial license and a channel accordingly. 

If you decide to continue using iLangL Cloud, or in case you want more licenses for new channels, you can send a license request.

1. Press the 'Activate' button next to a new inactive channel:

2. In an opened pop-up form, click the 'Request More Licenses' link:

3. Provide the number of licenses you need, contact email, the desired start time of license activation, and a license duration (in months). Licenses vary from 3 to 12 months. Please also provide your Purchase order (number) for the total cost. Press the 'Send Request' button.

4. Once we get your request, payment is done and licenses are activated, we will notify you via contact email.
