As soon as aOnce content you have exported from website to a memoQ is translated, you might want to import next step would be importing it back again. Steps below describe this procedure in details.The first thing you have to know is that it is possible to import only content from memoQ jobs in to the CMS. Below, you will find a detailed description of the process.
Please note that content import is available only if a job is in the completed stage (all segments should must be approved and document the file status should must be finished'Finished'). This means that if If you try to import a content from a project which has nothing completedthe ongoing project, you will get a message saying notification that there is nothing to import.
So as Once you click the "'Import" ' button, the following form will appear:
On this form Here you will be able to overview all the content that is about to be imported. The content will be grouped by Sourcesource/Target target languages.
In this the following example, we are going to import the content from 2 documents of a same project. Here you can skip importing content from specific documents via using corresponding check-boxes. "'Add All" ' and "'Clear All" ' buttons do perform the same function role as a check-box does , but for the whole Target target language group or for all project.
So as soon as you 've decided decide what has to be imported, you can either "'Import" ' or "'Import and Publish" ' (if this option is enabled in the channel settings) the content back to your website. You will see the progress bar indicating the status of current import process:
