It is essential to dynamically communicate with the translation team to keep the translated pages synchronized with each other. The To ensure successful localization workflow, it's important to always stay in the loop. iLangl 'Notification System' feature of iLangl enables allows you to receive automated notifications when there is antimely updates whenever one/all of the following occurs:
- 'Export Trigger' - Fires fires when export is performed;
- 'Import Trigger' - Fires when importfires when import is performed;
'New Tag Trigger' - Fires fires when new tag (s) is found.
- Go to 'My Channels'.
- Click on 'Edit current connector' near the Automation and Notifications Page.
Now, click on Click 'Notifications' to access the notification system.

Export

Trigger Setup
Export trigger is fired fires when you export data from the CMS (like WordPress). To enable translators to receive export trigger notifications click on Edit near the export trigger label(for translators, project or localization managers), click green 'Edit' button next to 'Export Trigger'.
You have the option to export trigger can choose if you want to trigger export notifications for all languages you have subscribed to / supported by iLangl or for a single languagethe available languages or just a particular one. To add multiple accounts recipients, please separate each individual's email with a comma (,).
To create an export trigger for all languages:
- Choose 'All Languages' under the 'Language' tab.
- Enter the email address(es) of the users to whom the notification should be sentrecipients.
Make sure 'Enable' box is selectedchecked.
- Click 'Update'.
To create an export trigger for a specific language:
- Choose your choice of a language under the 'Language' tab.
- Enter the email address(es) of the to whom the notification should be sentrecipients.
Make sure 'Enable' box is selectedchecked.
- Click 'Update'.
To add a new notification, click the 'Add Notification' button.
To view the notifications you created, click 'View'.

Trigger Setup
Import trigger is fired fires when content import from Translation tool is finishedis imported from the TMS. To set up the import trigger, click on Edit near the green 'Edit' button next to 'Import Trigger label'.

New Tag Trigger
To notify translators trigger notification when a new tag is added, please set up the 'New Tag Trigger'. You can define how to handle different types of content by setting up a new tag, To learn more about how to set up and use tags refer Tag Processing. To set up the New Tag Trigger click on Edit near the Import Trigger label.
