Overview

iLangL Cloud system can keep track of your translation orders and therefore, protect you from duplicate requests. If you attempt to export the previously exported content, our system will identify if any changes were made to it and will process only the updated content properties. Of course, this feature is optional but it's extremely useful in case content has a lot of small properties like Sitecore Cms, Umbraco Dictionaries or Wordpress WPML strings.

By default we do not track changes to avoid unnecessary system load, but if you suspect that your website will be changed during localization process, we recommend you to activate this feature ('Enable change tracking') when you start establishing channel connection.

How Does It Work?

Once Change tracking is enabled, iLangl Cloud system begins to monitor content status. It means that system can remember the content from export transaction:

When you are creating a new project with the translation tool plugin, you can enable "Export changes only" and our system will only export the content that's been updated since the last export.

Automation

Automated export process is now equipped with Change tracking functionality. If you enable Change tracking in the channel settings, your export automation will become more effective and the network activity will be significantly reduced. iLangL Cloud will only track the essential changes and deliver their deltas.
