How to Extend License for Active Channel?

If you need to assign a license to an active channel, do the following steps:

  1. Open the “Active Channels” tab.

  2. Find the channel that you need to extend the license for.

  3. Click the “Extend” button.

4. Find the available license and assign it to the channel.

You can’t assign the license with the same ID. Make sure that the available license has a different ID and subscription period. Or, request more licenses in the other case.
